My husband and I have used plumbing services done by Providence Plumbing & Restoration several times. We have always been satisfied with the work they have done in the past. Over some time, our kitchen and bathroom sinks and bathtub were gradually draining slower and slower. We called PP and they sent "Raleigh" to our home. Not only did Raleigh completely repair the problem, he was extremely respectful, polite and an excellent listener. We asked questions about the problem we were having and Raleigh was patient and thoughtful. Raleigh and his assistant put blue shoe coverings on and off their feet as they entered and exited our house (many times they did this). He even went under our house to check on a drainage pipe. Although I wish we had not had this problem, I am grateful to have had such a nice person to fix our issue. Our sinks and bathtub drain very quickly now! Thank you Raleigh! He arrived promptly on Friday, March 13, 2026, to evaluate a suspected sewage pipe issue in our crawlspace, as well as a possible leak under a bathroom sink where microbial growth had been discovered. Given that we are in the process of having our crawlspace assessed for water intrusion and encapsulation, it was important to determine whether a broken sewage pipe needed remediation before moving forward. Chris conducted a thorough inspection, performing multiple checks to assess the condition of the pipe. Fortunately, he found no leaks, and the pipe did not appear to be broken. He also inspected the sewer cleanout, confirming it was clear and functioning properly. In addition, Chris checked the bathroom vanity area and found no plumbing leaks contributing to the microbial growth. We appreciated that he took the time to be thorough and transparent, and he also provided helpful contact information for another division that can assist with remediation and any needed cabinet repairs or replacement.
